For holders of WA ground

Selling or farming out WA ground? Know who will buy before you market it.

A divestment review maps every company holding ground within 20 km of your titles, traces each one to its listed parent, and ranks who is most likely to buy or partner, and why. Checked and edited by a geologist, delivered as a board-ready report.

What you get

Everything a board needs to decide.

The tenure picture comes from the DMPE register and DASC data, company news is sourced and cited, and every review is checked and edited by a geologist before it reaches you. We confirm the scope and a fixed fee before any work starts.

Common questions

Before you ask.

What does a divestment review cost?

A fixed fee, agreed with you before any work starts. It depends on how many titles and packages are involved, and nothing is charged until you accept the quote.

Is my request confidential?

Yes. Your request and documents are private to your account and never shown on NextMaps. Research on neighbouring companies never names you or mentions a sale, and any reports you upload are processed by a no-training, zero-retention AI provider only to prepare your review.

What do I need to send?

Your titles are enough to start. Recent work that is not yet on WAMEX, such as annual technical reports, drilling and assay files or agreements, makes the geology and the case to buyers much stronger.

Who is it for?

Listed explorers and private holders with non-core ground, ground facing a compulsory surrender or expiry, or a board deciding between a sale and a farm-in.

Can NextMaps help me market the ground?

Yes. You can list it on the NextMaps marketplace for free. Listings are emailed to NextMaps' WA explorers, consultants and investors, and a facilitation fee applies only if the ground ends up with a buyer we introduce.
