Tenement due diligence, in one click
The full WA mineral titles register for any tenement, compiled into one clean Excel workbook and downloaded straight from the map. A single tenement, a selection, or a whole holder's portfolio.
Sizing up a WA tenement used to mean digging through Mineral Titles by hand. Open the record, copy the holders, scroll for the dealings, chase the expenditure and rent, then paste it all into a spreadsheet. Hours of it, per tenement, before you have even started the analysis.
We have just pulled the due diligence workbook out of the full tenure pack and made it its own download, right from the map. Click a tenement, hit Due Diligence, and you get a clean, multi-sheet Excel workbook of the public register, already structured so you can get straight to the work that matters.
What lands in the workbook
Every workbook covers the same ground for each tenement, broken into clearly labelled sheets so nothing is buried:
- Holders, ownership and applicants: current holders, holder changes and original applicants
- Financials: expenditure and rent history, year by year
- Conditions and dealings: full conditions text, endorsements and the dealing history
- Native title and court: NTA referrals and Warden's Court listings
- Reporting: combined reporting groups
- Terms and security: term history, block detail and bond positions
On top of the raw register, every workbook carries a NextMaps intelligence sheet: spend compliance, expiry bands and risk flags, computed for you so you can sort and filter straight away rather than working it out by hand.
One tenement, a selection, or a whole portfolio
This is not limited to single tenements. The same one-click export scales up:
- A single tenement: click it on the map and download
- A selection: pull a workbook for a group of tenements you have selected
- A whole holder's portfolio: select one or more holders and pull every tenement they hold into a single workbook
- A saved group: export straight from a group you have already saved
That last one is built for acquisition screening and quick portfolio reviews. Tick the holders you care about, pull the workbook, and you have every tenement they hold compiled into one due diligence file ready to hand to your team.
The same public data, without the data wrangling
The source is the public WA register. The difference is that it arrives compiled and structured, so the time you used to spend collecting and reshaping it goes straight into the decision instead.
Due diligence is live now for NextMaps users. Take it for a spin, and tell us what you would add next.
