Tenement due diligence, in one click

Sizing up a WA tenement used to mean digging through Mineral Titles by hand. Open the record, copy the holders, scroll for the dealings, chase the expenditure and rent, then paste it all into a spreadsheet. Hours of it, per tenement, before you have even started the analysis.

We have just pulled the due diligence workbook out of the full tenure pack and made it its own download, right from the map. Click a tenement, hit Due Diligence, and you get a clean, multi-sheet Excel workbook of the public register, already structured so you can get straight to the work that matters.

What lands in the workbook

Every workbook covers the same ground for each tenement, broken into clearly labelled sheets so nothing is buried:

• Holders, ownership and applicants: current holders, holder changes and original applicants
• Financials: expenditure and rent history, year by year
• Conditions and dealings: full conditions text, endorsements and the dealing history
• Native title and court: NTA referrals and Warden's Court listings
• Reporting: combined reporting groups
• Terms and security: term history, block detail and bond positions

On top of the raw register, every workbook carries a NextMaps intelligence sheet: spend compliance, expiry bands and risk flags, computed for you so you can sort and filter straight away rather than working it out by hand.

One tenement, a selection, or a whole portfolio
